Appointment Policies

At Cvet Glow, we value your time and ours. Please review our policies carefully before booking an appointment.

Booking & Consultations
• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system.
• First-time clients are encouraged to book a consultation to ensure the appropriate treatment plan.
• By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.
• Late arrivals are subject to the full service fee.

No-Show Policy
• Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount.
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Payments
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

Results & Expectations
• Individual results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and treatment plan.
• No guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes.
• All risks, benefits, and aftercare instructions will be discussed during your consultation.

Medical Disclosure
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history.
• Certain medical conditions or medications may prevent treatment eligibility.
• Cvet Glow reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Refund Policy
• All services are non-refundable.
• Packages and prepaid services are non-transferable.

Right to Refuse Service
Cvet Glow reserves the right to refuse service to anyone to ensure safety, professionalism, and quality of care.
